Product Overview

Our metal intramedullary nails include femoral interlocking intramedullary nails (PFNA type), tibial interlocking intramedullary nails, femoral combined controllable compression intramedullary nails, femoral reconstruction intramedullary nails.

Femoral interlocking intramedullary nails (PFNA type) are divided into standard nails and extended nails. Standard nails are mainly suitable for trans trochanteric fractures (31-A1, 31-A2), intertrochanteric fractures (31-A3) and high subtrochanteric fractures. Long nails are mainly suitable for low and extended subtrochanteric fractures, ipsilateral trochanteric fractures, multiple fractures (proximal femoral area) and pathological fractures.

INTERTEN: Treatment of various types of proximal femoral fractures, including intertrochanteric fractures, trans femoral neck fractures, subtrochanteric fractures, reverse trochanteric fractures, and nonunion or poor healing of fractures.

FRIN: 1. Standard interlocking
Femoral shaft fracture (not applicable to subtrochanteric fracture)
2. Rebuild interlocking
Subtrochanteric fracture & Femoral neck combined with femoral shaft fracture

Tibial interlocking intramedullary nail is mainly suitable for stable proximal, distal and tibial shaft fractures, open and closed tibial shaft fractures, tibial malunion and nonunion, and bone lengthening.

Product Features

Nail Body Features:

1. The 5 ° abduction angle of the main nail is more suitable for the medullary cavity of the human body. At the same time, the proximal flattening design makes the main nail easy to be placed at the apex of the rotator;
2. The hollow structure of the nail body, with decompression groove and conical design at the end, is conducive to the insertion of the nail body and reducing the distal stress;
3. The combination design of distal dynamic and static locking holes can meet the needs of static fixation and dynamic fixation at the same time, and realize the primary and secondary compression of the broken end of the fracture.

Spiral Blade Features:

1. It has anti rotation and angular stability at the same time.
2. Compared with the traditional screw fixation system, the shear resistance of the spiral blade is higher.
3. Maximum bone filling pressure and ideal anchoring force are more beneficial to patients with osteoporosis.
4. No pressurization at the broken end. [Fracture end compression is achieved by independent painless activities in the early postoperative period].

Lock Selection Features:

From static state, static 90 degrees to dynamic.

End-cap Features:

0, 5, 10 and 15mm end cap to protect the internal thread at the proximal end of the nail body and prevent the growth of soft tissue.
